Technology neutrality

Good engineering is independent of technology.

A website built with WordPress, static HTML, a JavaScript framework, a proprietary platform or a future technology may qualify when it satisfies the published outcomes of the standard.

Innovation is encouraged. Vendor preference is not.

Every recommendation should answer three questions.

  2. Does it reduce unnecessary digital resource consumption?
  3. Does it improve clarity for intelligent systems?

When the answer is yes, it belongs in the standard.
